pBone Mini ships with a custom mouthpiece designed for younger players, but is compatible with any standard trombone mouthpiece. pBone owners can use the included mouthpieces on pBone mini, while experienced players may want to add a 7c or 11c metal mouthpiece...the choice is yours! 

What is the difference between pBone and pBone mini?

Besides the obvious disparity in size, the key difference between pBone and pBone mini is the key. pBone is pitched in concert pitch, or Bb if playing in the treble clef. pBone mini is pitched in Eb, otherwise referred to as an alto trombone.
