Payment Information :
We accept cash, all major credit cards, bank wire transfer, money
orders, PAYPAL,
and personal checks.
WE ALSO LOVE TRADES!!!!
Orders paid by personal check will be held until check clears.

Shipping Policy :
All domestic orders are shipped FEDEX
GROUND at the customers expense, fully
insured.
International orders are shipped through either USPS,
for small items, or Bax Global, for larger
items, at the
customers expense, fully insured.
All shipping claims are the responsibility of the customer.
All refunds will be less shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee.
Approval Policy :
We offer a 24 hour approval from the
time you sign for the package
with your courier.
Layaway Policies :
We offer 30-day layaway with a 20% non-refundable
deposit.
Any and all deposits or payments for layaways are non-refundable.
Any layaway voids approval period.
Layaways are Not Transferrable.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations for all items, including items not in stock at time of
order, items not yet shipped, or where payment has been processed, will be subject to a 10% restocking
fee. Please email us
before placing an order to ensure item availability if time is an issue
with your order.
Return Policy :
In order to return an item, you must call Boston Guitar Works, within the approval period, and
receive authorization to send item back. Then you must ship the item
back to us within 48 hours with the same shipping method and in the same
condition as it was sent in!!!!!
No credit will be issued without return authorization or if the item
isn't shipped back within 48 hours it will be
refused!
Just to be clear, this does not mean that we expect an item
back in 48 hours of receipt, only that the item has to be SHIPPED BACK
within 48 hours.
Refunds will be less shipping costs and a
10%
restocking fee.
There are no refunds on special orders.
Refunds will be issued 7-14 days after merchandise is returned.
